England – A man has lost his sight in one eye after he was stabbed by a man begging for cash in Spices restaurant on Soho Road in Birmingham. It happened on the evening of Thursday 5 December. The victim gave the beggar a cigarette but when he refused to give the beggar cash, he was hit in the eye. Police have now released this image of a man they want to speak to. He’s described as mixed race, and 5’6″ tall.
